There are two ways to increase the player limits, each with a pro and con, so read carefully.

Simplestway is to execute "set Engine.GameInfo MaxPlayers 20" into the consoleof the server, this will increase your player slots, and keep perksenabled.
but after a map change, the slots will be decreased automatically back to 6 (so you have to execute the command each mapchange)

Or you can use a mutator to increase the player limits.
download the Mutator: Modify Max Player Limit - By KFMods 1.0
adjust the KillingFloor.ini file to reflect the new mutator and cvars.
The slots will be increased as long as the mutator is loaded, but Using this method will disable perks as the mutator is not on the KF whitelist

初步翻譯
有2個方法解除人口限制,一個是在consle 改, 但每次轉map便會自動轉回6人, 所以要手動轉會較好
另一個是用mutator 轉, 但係如果用了mutator, 有機會令到perks 用不到
用不到perks 應該是無得升lv

睇離係在開ser公具的consle打 set Engine.GameInfo MaxPlayers <玩家人數>
例如set Engine.GameInfo MaxPlayers 32 就是 32人,傳說中的 32KF
下限2KF,上限128KF,不過請大家跟據自己電腦性能和寬頻速度而選擇玩家人數

題外話
Tripwire Interactive一間冇咁出名的公司出Killing Floor,唔洗用插件就可以更改ser人數,而且官方好寬容,睇離未有封殺的行動
Valve一間大公司出left 4 dead,L12D L16D插件出左幾日,即出更新封殺,一D大將之風都冇

有兩個方法去增加玩家上限，每個都有好處跟壞處，請用心看看。

最簡單的方法是去伺服器控制台設定伺服器參數(見附圖)→(也即是另外那個post的方法"set Engine.GameInfo MaxPlayers 20"
這樣可以增加你的玩家數量，而且不會影響到perk

另外..你也可以用用這個增加玩家寬方法，下載這個Mutator: Modify Max Player Limit - By KFMods 1.0 ，設定KillingFloor.ini 的參數，這樣的話...轉地圖時也不會自己設回上限是6個人，但缺點是只有頭6個進入伺服的人(其實想說的是一開始進入遊戲後那個列表上的人)，才可以有perks
