16 people download zone.

story , terrorist hunt and vs can 16 people play.

story problem : 1 host dead = all players fail.
2 sometimes can't respawn.

terrorist hunt problem : 1 sometimes can't respawn (wait to ok). You can rejoin the server.
2 if too many people . never to see emenies respawn. (server 1-8 people to no problem).

vs problem :1 you join in their 16 people server . you will join in the same team . but next round to no problem.

someone found long time can't found which one can set 16 people can join in to play:NoPlayerCap_99Terrorist_Eyefinity.bat
