有幾個point

First of all, you have omitted 3 fundamental stats including STR, DEX and INT. Despite this, you have come up with 550 HP and 200 MP,  which should be adjusted by an amount proportional to STR and INT.  550 HP is indeed too low. There is no sense that the hero will be killed with 2 moves (possibly, oda's second skill + electric shock).

Second, I cannot understand the description of Skill W and E. Please Clarify

Third, what is the operation of skill R? You mention " [和英雄一樣打扮][持續10秒]". Does it mean you can control them? But soon after you said "上下後3個不同方向衝插目標傷害{100/200/300/400}" , which means you cannot control them and this would perform fixed amount of damage.  The skill is too weak because it is targeted for single attack but deal only 400 damages, at maximum.

Last, Skill T is acceptable, but you should mention cast distance of the skill.
