[Help] Download map within JW server is SLOW !!!

To dear ADM :
Recently I join the game, if the map is new for me.
The map downaloading is pretty slow(about 4~5KBs)
and the map change again and again before finish downloading ><
so I can't play any map actually.
Could u help check whether u enable the config below?
